GPAI Providers get a helping hand by the EU Commission to not comply with Copyright, says Nina George, EWC’s Political Commissioner:
“The lack of title-specific information on works used for AI training (in the template) meant that the author, as the genuine IP rights holder, cannot check whether their work has been used or not. The template is therefore useless, and the European Commission under Virkkunen is actively undermining us.”
